Content created by users through the Service (audio, scripts, brand assets, generated videos) remains the property of the user, subject to the licences granted to ZFM Alliance SARL under the Terms of service for the strict purpose of operating the Service.

Reporting illegal content

Pursuant to the LCEN, any person who becomes aware of content on the Service which they consider illegal may notify us by email at hello@dexelabs.comwith the subject line "LCEN notification", including: their identity, a precise description of the content and its location (URL), the legal grounds for which the content should be removed, and a copy of the legal provisions invoked. Knowingly submitting an inaccurate notification is punishable under article 6-I-4 of the LCEN.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

This Website and the Service are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the Website or the Service, in the absence of an amicable resolution, will be submitted to the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the Cour d'appel de Paris, subject to mandatory rules of consumer protection where applicable.
