Cookie policy
Last updated: 2026-05-04
This policy explains how the DexeLabs website and service (the "Service"), operated by ZFM Alliance SARL, use cookies and similar technologies. It complements our Privacy policy.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device by your browser when you visit a website. It allows the site to recognise your device on subsequent visits and to remember information about you, such as whether you are signed in. Similar technologies (local storage, session storage) are used for the same purpose and are treated as "cookies" in this policy.
2. The cookies we use
We rely strictly on cookies that are necessary to operate the Service. We do not use cookies for advertising, re-targeting or behavioural tracking. The current list is:
| Cookie | Purpose | Provider | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
authjs.session-token / __Secure-authjs.session-token | Maintains your authenticated session across pages of the Service. Strictly necessary. | DexeLabs (Auth.js) | 30 days (or until you sign out) |
authjs.csrf-token | Protects authentication forms against cross-site request forgery. Strictly necessary. | DexeLabs (Auth.js) | Session |
authjs.callback-url | Redirects you back to the page you were trying to reach after sign-in. Strictly necessary. | DexeLabs (Auth.js) | Session |
__stripe_mid, __stripe_sid | Set by Stripe on the embedded checkout to detect and prevent payment fraud. Strictly necessary when you use the checkout. | Stripe | 1 year / session |
dexelabs:elevenlabs-key (local storage) | Stores your ElevenLabs API key locally in your browser so the voice generator can call ElevenLabs. Never sent to DexeLabs servers other than as part of generation calls you initiate. | DexeLabs | Until you clear it from the editor or your browser |
3. Legal basis
All cookies listed above are strictly necessary to provide a service that you have explicitly requested (signing in, creating projects, paying for a subscription). Under article 82 of the French Data Protection Act and the e-Privacy Directive, these cookies do not require prior consent. We do not place any non-necessary cookie without your consent.
4. Managing cookies
You can configure your browser to refuse cookies or to alert you when cookies are being set. Refusing strictly-necessary cookies will prevent the Service from working: you will not be able to sign in or to complete a payment.
